Breathontology is a living process that teaches you to use the power of your breath for self-healing and empowerment. It is an art and a science that uses ancient wisdom for modern times.
This powerful healing modality weaves together knowledge of the body, mind, emotions, nervous system using a holistic, consciousness-based approach. It is grounded in yogic science, somatics, bioenergetic healing and Ayurveda.

Over the course of this 7-week program designed to walk with you step by step toward the next level of your personal wellbeing.
This is where you come to relax, soften your edges, gain insight into your patterns or challenges, and walk away with empowering tools and penetrating clarity.
Over the course of this 7-week program, you will explore powerful breathwork practices to feel grounded in your body, calm your mind, release old stress, and walk away refreshed and illuminated.
Each session is unique — designed to meet you where you are — and can be tailored to your unique needs, health goals or condition.

Hi, my name is Rachel.
I'm a meditation teacher and spiritual mentor.

Our sessions begin by meeting where you are — with your questions, your challenges, and what's present in your life right now. You will be met in an open, authentic space designed to help you soften your edges, bring clarity to old patterns, and be reflected in a deeply insightful way.

A guided breathontology session for relaxation, attunement and energetic alignment. The practice typically takes place lying down on the floor, with a blanket for warmth and a pillow under your knees — adjusted as needed for your comfort. Gentle movement may also be included.

Space to integrate what arose — insights, sensations, emotions — and ground them into practical understanding and everyday life.

A personalized audio recording to support your daily practice between sessions — so the work continues to deepen on your own time.
