What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a system of natural healing that originated in India. It’s also known as the sister science of yoga.
Its name comes from the Sanskrit words ayur- meaning “life”; and –vedas meaning “wisdom”.
In essence, ayurveda teaches you how to ‘live wisely’ in alignment your own true nature and with the rhythms of the natural world.
Today, Ayurveda is experiencing a renaissance as more and more people seek empowering tools for self-healing and a deeper connection with their own inner wisdom.
Course Overview
Session 1: Energetics of Your Nervous System: Intro to mind-body healing, the 3 types of nervous system, and the power of belief on how grounded you feel
Session 2: Know Your Energetic Type: Why your body is unique, dealing with energetic sensitivity + mastering the flow of the 5 vayus in the body-mind
Session 3: Awakening Good Digestion: Secrets of mood, light, energy, focus + stress resilience
Session 4: Healing Stress, Trauma & Toxicity for Emotional Wellbeing: yogic teachings on creating safety, beauty, relaxation and connection for yourself and your loved ones
Session 5: Beauty-Care & Sleep Routines for Calm, Radiant Energy: how to shift your energy from anxious and scattered to open and present
Session 6: Nourishing Strength, Fertility and the Flow State: for grounded magnetic energy, creative self-expression and a pleasurable embodiment.
